Ask MCB

Type a question. Get an answer from our own pages — with the source shown, every time.

It only reads what MCB has published. Nothing made up.
Every answer shows the page it came from. You can check it.
If you need a person, it hands you straight to one.

The suggested questions give instant example answers. Anything else you type is answered live from MCB's own knowledge base — built from every page of this site.

MCB Assistant AI assistant · answers come only from mcb.org.uk, with sources

How the real one works

It only reads our pages

The assistant searches MCB's own website — blogs, events, projects and research. It cannot cite a page it did not find.

It shows its sources

Every answer links to the page it came from. If it can't find a source, it says so instead of guessing.

People stay in the loop

Questions about your personal situation go to a person, not the AI. The assistant tells you clearly when it does this.

For the technically minded: this runs on our standard build — MCB gets its own private knowledge base and its own service. Nothing is shared with any other organisation, so nothing can leak between them.
